How it works
What is an escape room?
An escape room is a real interactive game where your team must work together to discover clues, solve puzzles, and overcome intuitive challenges to unlock the final door of the adventure.
Are we really locked inside?
No. The entry door is always unlocked, but there is a separate exit door your team is working to unlock.
Is it scary?
Our games are made for families. There are no live actors, and you can leave the room whenever you need to.
How old do you have to be to play?
Ages 8 and up can participate, and younger children can accompany you in the room. All puzzles are adult-level, but we have an unlimited hint system, so kids playing without adults may just need to ask for a few more hints.
How difficult are the puzzles?
Our puzzles vary in difficulty, but you will not need any outside knowledge besides what you find in each room.
Our group has never done anything like this before. Are we in trouble?
We love having new groups! All of our rooms present a challenge, but as long as your team is willing to work together you can accomplish any game.
Can just two people play?
Most games can be played by 2 players. It depends on the game, so contact us for specifics.
Are there video cameras in the room?
Yes. Cameras are used by the Game Master to monitor your live experience.

We are typically open evenings by appointment only. If no games are booked, the doors are locked and no staff are on site for walk-ins, so please book online or call ahead.
How do I make a reservation?

Will our reservation be grouped with others?
No. All of our bookings are private by default.
Can we book a private room?
A private experience or large-group booking is $300 per room.
What is your cancellation policy?
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours’ notice of cancellation, and a full refund or credit if we have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. Call us to cancel or ask about a cancellation. No-shows are charged the full price.
Is the space wheelchair accessible?
This depends on the game. Please email us for specifics.
